Jenni is a Senior Associate with Loo & Koo and has 30+ years experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Her practice and expertise include:
- Handling commercial disputes from initial advice stage through to resolution by negotiation, mediation, arbitration or court proceedings and enforcement in areas of conveyancing and property transactions, leases, commercial agreements, construction, bankruptcy and insolvency.
- Employment issues including preparation of employment agreements, managing redundancies and terminations, representing clients on personal grievance and other employment dispute work, appearing with clients in Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and in mediation.
- Estate disputes including will interpretation, testamentary promises and family protection claims.
