Julia Chui
SOLICITOR
Julia graduated from Auckland University of Technology, with qualifications in law and international hospitality management. In 2019 she was awarded the best undergraduate record for a student of Chinese descent in LL.B. and was subsequently admitted to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor.
Julia is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She is experienced in matters relating to acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial property, property finance, commercial leasing, trusts and Wills.
Prior to rejoining the firm Julia practiced in a Hamilton firm pre-dominantly in general practice.
Julia takes a pragmatic approach on understanding her clients’ objectives and delivering commercially focused solutions. She is also actively involved in community work and is committed to her community and the legal profession. Outside of the office, Julia enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
