Jean completed a conjoint degree in law and commerce at the University of Auckland. She practises in the areas of property and commercial law with particular focus on property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence investigations, property subdivisions, property financing and commercial leasing. She has worked with a range of local and international clients from corporates, small and medium sized enterprises and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining Loo & Koo, Jean worked as an in-house legal advisor for an international F&B chain overseas. Her understanding of the corporate environment and business processes enables her to provide strategic and pragmatic legal advice to her clients.

Outside of work Jean is a keen traveller and enjoys learning about different cultures. Jean is passionate about community work and has served as a volunteer at the Citizens Advice Bureau providing pro bono legal services.
